I reportto the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Hope Baptist Church fortheyear
ended 31" December 2024.
Rgsponslbilities and basis of report
The Church and its charitytrustees arè rÉsponsibleforthe preparatlon of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act,). The church trustees
considerthat an audit is not required and that an independent examinatlon Is requlred.
I report in respect of my examination of theTrust'S accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I havefollowed allthe applicable Directions given
bythe Charity Commission under section 145(51(bl of the Act and will state whether particu18r
matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's statement
My examination was carried out in accordancé with general Directions given bythe Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review ofthe accounting records kept bythe church
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration
of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from thetrustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide allthe evidence that
would be required in 8n audit, and consequently no oplnlon is given as to whetherthe accounts
present a'true and fair'view 8nd the report is limited to those matters setout in the ststement
