The church was without a minister until June. Up to then the leadership team continued to maintain and oversee all the essential activities of the church.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 The accounts have Lwn prepared under the historical c05t cxjnvenlion in accordance with
appli¢able accounting standards and the Charities Act Statement of Recommentled Practi(*.
1.2 GENERAL FVNDS represent unrestrfcted funds that are not subject to any restriction regarding
their use and are available lor applic2tion towards their use and are available for application towards
general purposes.
1.3 RESTRICTED FUNDS have been reStri￿ed by Ihe donor for a particular purpose.
1.4 INCOMING RESOURCES are recognised when re¢eived, or in the case of grft akl claims mode,
when such daims are made.
1.5 RESOURCES USED are recognised whèn costs have LEen Incuffed, or for designated or spec4al gifts,

The churth building on Woodford Road. Bramhall was completed In 1993 al a total cost of £339.741.
The current insured value of the property ts £1,699,858 and Ihe contents is £42.099.
The church purchased 8 manse February 2016 al a cost of £387,974 Snduding atteratkons and modemisation
for use by the pasioi, and this ha5 been opitalised and depreciated al 2% p.a. straight line method.
The current insurgj value of the manse building 15 £1,IX)O.000 on a blanket policy. Contents of common parts
is £10.000.
