ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
STRATEGIC REPORT
Fiftclncial review
Dunng 2020 the charity received £7,464 (2019 - £67,404 donations and made £4,518 (2019 - £473,405) grants to
charities.
The ¢hArity increased the donations processed through a very successfvl drive to recruit many more eillployers wbo
utilise tlie Giveall Payroll Giving platforni. With severttl hundicd employej's now utilisiDg tlie platforni and the nuinbei¥
of einployees using the Giveall Payroll Giving platfom continuing to in¢reas¢ it is anticipated that donations processed
will increase considerably.
Giveall will dish'ibute as many grants as ￿)sSible by keeping adtnini8ts'ative costs to a millimum. Wliile there was a
surplus at yeai'_end, this wa5 subsequently all distributed within thc following peri(Kl. Any s111'pluses Hqll be donated to
chai'ities Ineaning that irsej'ves within the company will be keptto p ￿1n]MuM.
The charity has not received aThy gi'ants dui'ing 2020 (2019 . £Nil)-
At the end of the year the Reserves were £5,707 (2019- £3,242).
en to all
What Inakes Giveall really eKtitit]g is that any Non-ProfLt Organisation ("NPO") with special tax status with HMRC can
ulili5e th¢ Payroll Giving platform. In additÉoIi, Pension funds. iiicluding IEgist¢rcd 8IPP8, which comply with Section
713 of the income Tax (Kamiiigs & Pensions) Act 2003 can also utilise tbe Payroll Oiving platfann. Tliis means that
Giveall reaches beyond the 160,000+ regtstered Clwities to the 300.000+ othey Non-Profit oi'ganisations Inaking a
Pobilive iimpact upon society.
While the iEach across the UK alone is massive aAd the potentÉal for change enoimous, following many discussions and
meelings Lhe iminin¢nt laun¢h across maiiy other regions is extremely exciting.
A level playinbF field
The det¥[￿ladI]i)E) to "level the playing field" and to give eyeryoiie a "fair go" at fiJndraisin& particulai'ly in the
corporate arena, IEmain$ a key driver withiil the Giveall team.
Giveall's pi'icing strUc￿re gives all Charities all excellent and affordable oppoitunTty to utilise the platforn). Effectively,
the largei- Cliarilies arF subs'idi5ing tlie sinallei. ones. Tliis is, in our opinion, qUFte the opposite to pr¢vailing practi$e

Inte *ed bankin
and cash Jnanagement fac￿17
The Giveall Integrated Cash M8t]a¥emeiFI Facility ensures all Chaiities higher rates of intei'est on all deposits.
Many Cbari¢ies hav¢ multiple bard( &ccounts and many of them doi)'t earn any intei'est at all because they simply cany
no weight with tlie banks. Wi¢lTr Giveall, the d¢posits of all Charities, while individually pl.0t￿ted. are consolidated so
that all Chai'ities earn liigh¢r rates of interest, regardlESS of their having £100 01. £100 million in theii. account. Theyefore
organisattons, large and sniall, are benefit1￿8 from the extra Strength of this consolidation of funds.

Giveall uses the subscription fee incomE it receives, donalions Éo Givea112Cliailty, interest on its own funds and arly
