iJdividual Lhan¥e. We empower ar(is(s 10 use their ￿eatIve tatent to change their lives. We give a p￿OrnI for drti.sts who
f&Le significant banier8 io xcessing (he ans. We bring new 41rt to new audiences. We are UDique in the breadth of people
we work witb and the depth in which we work with them.
This has beell a pivotal year for us. In April 2(123 we commenced ￿tiVity for ihe fust time &8 kn Arts Council England.
National Portfolio Orgallisativn for 2023-26. In June 2023. Jane McMorIow stepped dowm as Dllrec￿r. From September
2023. Rose Kigwana commenced in post as Chief Execuuve Offictt.
Rose has been working ihe creative sector for 30 years. Through0￿ her professional journey, she h&8 focused on
producillg, culttwal plactmaking and developing crealive opwrtunities for and in couaboration with Children, young
people and communities. She has supported many artists and wple working in the culftwal workforee ￿ build their
catters. Rose joins Cre4live Fulure after eigh( incredible year5 With Souih East Dance as one of the key people bebind
the opeaillg of The Ddnee Space. Brigbton. Rose has Work￿ prevAous]y for Southbank CeDlre, Artswork E4nd in
Zimbabwe for Voluntary Services Overse&s (VSO).
In January 2024 we commenc￿1 a robust recrnitr(wit and indueiion proce&8 for new Iwrd members. In Marcb 2024 long
stallding botsrd members, Yvonne Fos*r and Carole Ingrey resi￿ed from the board. Creutive FU￿re wisbes a huge thank
you to the out¥oing TrUs￿es, Carole Ingrey and Yvunne Foster, for their coJtllnitJnent und supp)rl ID recent years.
Ill April and June 2(P24 we successfully 0￿[c[allY appointed tour new Ix)ard meTnbets. They join ow highly experienced

Day ran worksbops at GYRO, Liverpcrf)I's LGTBQTA+ youth support agency. which they had benefited from as
a young person. Day was ulso in residence aod facilitating work8hops at FACT Gallery.
