THE PURPOSES OF THE CLUB ARE THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SWARKESTONE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING CRICKET.
The monies raised by charitable donations in the last 12 months are to be used for supporting club development.
The club’s excellent facilities has enabled the club to invite pupils of four local primary schools to participate in coaching provided by volunteers of the club. In addition the Club has expanded it’s offering to Women and Girls supported by volunteers.
The club has raised funds to support the community participation one of which was a Golf Day which had excellent support from club members.
Volunteers continue to undertake maintenance of these well used facilities and monies raised enable to club to undertake these.

The Overall deficit of £8.512.21 was ad)ieved in a year when trading was 8ettin8 back to normal followin8 the Covid pandembc. This year the club was not able to rely on extraordinary government 8rants whith were available last year.
