**Objects:** 3.1 TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF THE INHABITANTS OF BRISTOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BYPROVIDING FACILITIES FOR OPEN WATER SWIMMING AND SUCH OTHER FACILITIES FOR HEALTHYEXERCISE AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.3.2 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF OPEN WATER SWIMMING AND OTHER FACILITIES INTHE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, SUCH FACILITIES BEING PROVIDED AT HENLEAZE LAKE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BRISTOL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Maintain Henleaze Lake as a suitable venue for open water swimming activities.  Within the restrictions of water quality requirements for open water swimming maintain a general population of coarse fish suitable for a local fishery.
