dated 2 September 2009 for the purposes of administering the

applications for funding. making donations to 8 number of
tharitable organisatlons and evolvlng p)licy guidelines for
fviure donatlons.

objactives by making grants tolalling £74.384 a8 shown on p8g8 8.

Total incoming r8source8 were £62.552 (2020.. £62,537) with
expenditure arnounting to £76.884 (2020.. £61,730). Net assets
at the end of the year were £101.540 (2020 £115,872).

pay or transfer the whole or any part of the Income or capital of th6
trust fvnd to any ¢haritable trust or body and to appoint the trust
fund 8t thelr dlscretion.

bolh directty and indirectly and due regard has been pald to the
public benefil guidance published by the Charity Commission.

The pollcy of Ihe Irustees is lo distribute Income and acGumulale
