Strurture, Governance and Management The method of appointment of PCC members is set out in the Church Repre5entatlon Rules. At the Holy Cr0$5, the membership of the PCC con515t5 91 the incumbent Ivicarl, the asslstant minister, the churchwarden5 and members elected by those membèrs of the ¢on8rÈ8ation who arè on the electoral role of the church. All members of the congregatlon are encouraged to register on the electoral role and Stand for election to the PCC. The PCC member5 are responsible for making declsions on all matters of general concern and Importan￿ to the parish, including on how the funds of the PCC are to be spent. The full PCC met nlne tlmes during the year with an average level of attendance of 82.1%.
