**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE THE RELIEF OF THOSE INNEED BY REASON OF PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY ORDEVELOPMENTAL IMPAIRMENT IN PARTICULAR BY ENHANCING THEEVERYDAY LIVES OF SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR INFORMAL OR FAMILYCARERS, IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND BEYOND, BY ANY MEANSINCLUDING:(I) DELIVERING A RANGE OF HIGH QUALITY (PERSONALISED)SERVICES, PROJECTS AND PROGRAMMES(II) WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH A RANGE OFSTAKEHOLDERS(III) ACTIVELY INVOLVING AND ENGAGING WITH DISABLEDPEOPLE, PEOPLE WITH IMPAIRMENTS AND THEIRINFORMAL AND FAMILY CARERS(IV) BUILDING COLLECTIVE APPROACHES TO STRENGTHENING ASTRONG REPRESENTATIVE USER VOICE(V) SHAPING AND INFLUENCING STRATEGY, POLICY ANDPRACTICE

**Activities:** We work with local people with disabilities, their families and carers. We support people to have choice and take control over their own lives, share examples of good practice and facilitate peer support. Current projects include: Self Directed Support training, Personal Assistant register, Voice Network and ongoing support for the Cambridgeshire County Council Partnership Boards.
