Section D
Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
A major achievement for the church this year was us being able to
acquire a 7 year lease on a property we can call home Having our own
premises and plac8 of worship means that we no longer have a
restriction in our meeting times. Being at the sports hall posed a major
drawback as often times we had to reschedule our plans to
acGommodate theirs.
Having our own premises also means that we can suc￿sSfullY grow as
intended through outreach programs and youth activities. The year
before and this year has been a tough year for the church wrth covid
hitting and us having to move Se￿iceS online., but rt also proved to be
blessin9 in disguise as we were able to save for the move. The
congregation has also been very instrumental in achieving this as key
members generously donated to this cause.
As well as the18ase, we undertook extensive buikling works to make it fit
for purpose.
This was a new chapter for the church but we saw the unity in love
amongst us during this prO￿5S which was heatharming to see and be a
part of.
