**Objects:** (A) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND IN PARTICULAR WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OFTHE FORGOING FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF RESEARCH AND AWARENESS IN RELATION TO THESTAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS INFECTION; AND(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THEGENERALITY OF THE FORGOING TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS OF CALDAY GRANGEGRAMMAR SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AN ANNUAL PRIZE FOR ACHIEVEMENT IN THE STUDYINGOF RUSSIAN.THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY INPROMOTING THE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** The Charity ran a poetry competition for the 15th year running, in-conjunction with Wirral Libraries & Wirral Poetry Festival. Wirral residents aged under 18 were invited to submit a poem on the subject of " HOPE". Over 380 outstanding entries were received. The winners & their families attended an awards evening hosted by local poets  Levi Tafari & John Hughes at Birkenhead Library in July 2024 .
