ADVIZA AIMS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BY ENABLING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT MATURE & RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY GIVING ADVICE ON A RANGE OF SUBJECTS FROM CAREERS (INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH FINDING EMPLOYMENT) & EDUCATION TO DRUG ABUSE, HOMELESSNESS & TEENAGE PREGNANCY. ADVIZA ALSO SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITIES & NPOs.
Objects: I) To Advance In Life Children And Young People By Developing Their Skills, Education, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals By All Charitable Means; Andii) To Promote Social Inclusion In The United Kingdom By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded, And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society.iii) The Relief Of Unemployment In The United Kingdom In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment: Andiiii) To Promote The Efficient And Effective Use Of Resources For Charitable Purposes By Charitable And Non-Charitable Bodies For The Benefit Of The Public.for The Benefit Of Article 4 'Socially Excluded' Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (Physical Or Mental); Substance Abuse Or Dependency Including Alcohol And Drugs; Discrimination On The Grounds Of Sex, Race, Disability, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Creed, Sexual Orientation Or Gender Re-Assignment; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Poor Housing (That Is Housing That Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards); And Crime (Either As A Victim Of Crime Or As An Offender Rehabilitating Into Society).
