**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BECCLES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF A LIDO (OPEN AIR SWIMMING POOL AND RECREATION AREA) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF PROMOTING HEALTH TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE THROUGH ACCESS TO HEALTHY RECREATION AND SPORTS EDUCATION AND OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.TO FURTHER PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BECCLES AND SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF OTHER FACILITES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. **Activities:** The charity operates a heated, open-air swimming pool for 15 weeks of the year (end-May to mid-September) and, in February 2012, acquired the freehold of Beccles' Public Hall & Theatre.  Both facilities provide the community with, in the case of the pool, healthy outdoor activity and for the Public Hall, a place where the community can meet and enjoy theatrical and other entertainments.
