ANNUAL REPORT April 2021 – March 2022
Submitted to Charity Commission England & Wales
IAG UK is a well-organised growing charity organisation working along with the Great Britain Assemblies of God in the United Kingdom. We have a very active and enthusiastic trustee board that takes good care of the administrative matters of this organisation. Through the past year, the organisation has worked hard within the community to develop and also build our society through hospitality and care.
CHURCH PLANTING
The organisation has a strong church planting team that researches the present situations of different areas around the UK and always running to start new home churches and cell groups so they can reach the needy, broken, and helpless in the communities. IAG UK has pioneered and planted many churches in major cities of the UK and it was a challenging task in training leadership and team in the pioneering churches. Our Church planting team worked hard this year in the development and growth of the start-up churches and fellowships.
YOUTH ALIVE
Youth Alive is a platform for kids and youths to grow spiritually, and in character and to have a personal encounter with Jesus. It is an opportunity for us to train them to live successfully in the current challenging world. This year’s Youth Alive was conducted in the beautiful countryside of North Wales. We had a good number of youth attendance from many churches located across the country. We had an anointed youth speaker from the USA. We held various indoor and outdoor activities and self-development programs along with teaching biblical principles and lessons. We had a lot of testimonies and feedback from the youths by the end of the camp.
SATURDAY/SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our Saturday/Sunday school are being held every week in all our churches in different locations. We had annual Sunday school events held in Oxford, Cardiff, Preston, Middlesbrough, and Coventry. We have a team of experienced and trained Sunday school teachers with DBS certification who have volunteered to teach and develop Biblical knowledge, interpersonal skills,

and talents through our various Sunday school curricula and also getting them involved in other activities such as Games, Sports, Choir, Music and Bible quiz.
IAG MISSION
The main purpose of IAG Missions of IAG UK is to mobilize the local church for mission by equipping and inspiring members to engage with God’s mission in every area of their lives. Our main projects are Evangelism, Training, Church Planting, and door-to-door tract distributions in towns and cities.
MEDIA MINISTRY
Our media ministry team within the organisation has now developed so well that it has gone live with many events within churches and outside. The media ministry has more viewers and subscribers not only in the UK now but also around the Globe. We telecast events, meetings, and programs that touch the hearts of the people. Through media ministry, we share the humble words of prayer, love, and care with all the viewers. The victory media TV and the active team pray and work together so the world may know that life is peace when we know who we need to know.
VBS (Vacation Bible School)
Another exciting event was held for the kids, the kids of the future that we aim to bring up who are strong, confident, and educated people to build our surroundings. VBS held during summer holidays has been a great success, especially for children who are not away on holidays.
IAG UK Conference
We have crossed 15 years of our National Annual conference. This year’s conference was held in the city of Oxford which saw an enormous number of attendees from different cities and towns after the pandemic. Our conference welcomes people from different churches and societies who are in a need of a life-changing experience. Through this conference, people’s lives were touched and changed.

We also conduct free meal programs for the local community once a month and we are working to expand this program further.
IAG ACADEMY
Through IAG academy we are training and developing leaders to send them to the mission field. We provide a bachelor's program, degree program, certificate courses, BSB, and more. Every year number of students are trained and graduate from our Academy. This year we had more than 50 students who graduated from Belgium and UK. Most of the graduated students have already been placed in different cities and towns to work in the mission field. Our training programs help them to fulfill their calling in life and implement the knowledge and skills gained for the benefit of the community and church.
Seminars and Leadership Training:
We held leadership training and seminars in different cities this year. We had a good number of responses and feedback through these programs. These training events were focused primarily to train and equip emerging leaders in the organization.
LOCAL CONFERENCES
Our churches across the UK conduct one-day conferences and music retreats for the upliftment of the local community. This year, our local churches and team conducted various one-day conferences, music events, retreats, and more in Oxford, Coventry, London, Preston, Middlesbrough, and Bristol.
PRAYER TOWER
Voluntary prayer teams exist in local churches and exercise corporate and individual prayer requests based on the needs of the church members, community, and nations.

COUNCIL MEETING
Every three months the council members meet at a specific location to discuss and administrate the functions of IAG UK.
LYDIA MINISTRY
We have ladies from different churches all over the UK working on this platform. They have weekly and monthly ladies' meetings in their respective churches. It was a great blessing for all the women that attended the fellowship.
GENERAL BODY
We held our general body meeting and leadership summit online to discuss the present issues and how we can further build our organisation to run successfully. During this Leadership Summit, various opportunities and growth were discussed and planned for the upcoming year.

Independent Examiner's Report To the Trustees
IAG UK
I report on the accounts of the church for the year ended 31[st] March 2022 set out on the following pages which have been prepared based on the accounting policies shown in the corresponding pages.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The trustees of the church are responsible for the preparation of accounts: they consider that the audit requirement under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the 1993Act), does not apply. It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 43(3) of the 1993 Act.
Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners made under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act.
State whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of Independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the church and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention.
(I) Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material aspect, the Trustees have not met the requirements to ensure that:
-
proper accounting records are kept (in accordance with section 41 of the Act)
-
accounts are prepared which agree with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Act: or
(2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
