experienced graduates of the training programme and second and third-year Diploma Course students, who are carefully

This has enabled the MHCPC to develop a sectron of the CRS into a Separate but linked clinical place￿￿nt wthin which St￿jentS

This remains an area in need of development. The further develoP￿￿nt and expansion of the existing Training Programme is
planned in order to Increase fund5 whTch in turn wll 51JPWrt projects and provide greater access to the CRS. It has been
agreed that the organisation's frKu5 must be on the gerEration of additi<)nal revenue streams, withs grants atNJ fundraising
playing a supwJrtiTrd role.
As noted above, the MHCPC offers a widely rangirv4 CPD programme throLghout the year. All these events generate a small
income which is used to underpin the trainir4 which in turn 5UPW)rts the CRS thus providing a much needed resource In the
comnwnity.
