The Sunday Service enables Ioc81 Church Services to be watched wherever people are throughout the world. Reviw OfThe Year PCC SECRETARY'S REPORT There have been five PCC meetings during the year, each of these were preceded by a Eucharist. The attendance at Ihe meetings has been good. Prior to eath meeting the PCC members received minutes and feports from the DCC'S, Sl Kalherine's Church of England School, with the opportunity lo review and discuss them al the meetings. in addition to verbal reports being received. The PCC encouraged the Church and the Community lo reffect on 'Travelling Well Together.. St Katherine's C of E Primary School Gontinue lo hold face lo face assemblies. Aletta Penman-Barry and Som Tudor 8r& both in their first year of ordination training. Steven Gard is in his second year of training as a Licensed Lay Minister and ha5 been on placement. Revd Lesley McGlynn, Revd Tery Brown, Karen 8ates and Helen King have completed their safeguarding leadership training. Messy Church - numbers attending have increased. The service al Sl Nicholas al 10am Is Live Streamed. Morning prayers on Monday via Zoom works well. bringing pIe together as one Church family. Bereavement Service took place for those bereaved duilng the la51 year_ Sl Nitholas Pop Up Foodbank continues lo increase. Pilgrimage lo Ely Cathedral was lovely. Sl Nicholas an(1 St Katherine's have both achieved a Silver Eco Church Award. St Anne's is working towards a bronze award. Leadership is Gold in all Churches. Women's 8nd Men's Breakfast are now joint. Good feedback feels that everyone mixe5 well. A Coronation shared lunch and the King Charles Big Help Out, a Coronation volunteer d8y, took place. Both were well supported. Services were held wlh and for Schools celebrating Harvest. Remembranee Service was held at the Paddocks, in the Knighlswck Centre and in Sl Nicholas. Christingle Services and Carol Services and M8ry and Joseph visited every School during Advent. Carol Singing took place in local Care Homes. Various fund [alng events were held during the year including 8 Curry Night, Variety EvenSng, Fun Day, Michaelmas Fayre, Line Dancing. Christmas Market, Christmas Tree Festival. St Nicholas look part in the Garden Trail. The cladding of St Nicholas Hall and Centre has been K*mpleled.

ReseThes policy 11 is the policy of the charity that unrestricted funds which have not been designated for a specific use should be maintained at a level equivalent to betrleen three and six month's expenditure. The trustees consider that reserves at this level will ensure that. in the event of a significant drop in funding, they will be able to conlinue the charity's current adivilies while consideration is given to ways in which additional funds may be raised. this level of reserves has been maintsined throughout the year. Majorrisks The Iruslees have assessed the major risks lo which the charity is exposed, and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate exposure lo the major risks.
