parishooers on the Church Electoral Roll.

I report on the accounts of th¢ Cl]arity for the year ended 31 December 2020, which ar¢ s¢t out in
pages i to 8 and accompanying notes.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and t￿nADer
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of th¢ accounts. The cbarity's trustees
consider that an audit is not rcquir¢d for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011
(The Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act"
to follow the procedures laid do￿ in the General Directions given by the CbaTity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Ckwities ACL and

Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was Ca￿led out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Clwity
Commission. An ¢xaminthon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented witb those records. It also includes considerntion of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as t￿￿teeS for any
such matters. Th¢ procedures ulldertakell do not provide all th¢ ¢vid¢nc¢ that would be required in
an audiL and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts Present a 'true and fair
view, and the reFK)rt is limit￿ to those matters set out in the stafrment below.
Independent examiner'$ statement
In connection with my examination, no material ll￿tte[s hav¢ come to my attention which giv¢s me
ca￿Se to believe that in any materiat respect:

The accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the forni and
content of the accounts set out in the Charities {Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008
other than in any requirement that the accounts give a'true and fair" view which is not a

I have come across no other matters in connection with th¢ examination to which attention should b¢
drawl in this report irA order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
