Activities

Our aim is to raise money to sponsor the training of health professionals, in their own country, to work in poor rural areas. Our first project involves raising money to sponsor the training of nurses to SRN grade in Cameroon, W Africa. 5 new nursing students sponsored this year, bring our total up to 83.We have also sponsored two nurses in Uganda to upgrade from basic nursing to SRN grade.

Objects: To Relieve Sickness And Preserve And Protect Health In Rural Parts Of The Developing World, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Sponsoring Professional Health Training Of Local People In Such Areas Of The World And By Providing Grants For Items And Equipment Associated With Medical Practice.
