Frlends of HiLLcros8 FOH AGM 9th July 2025 20:00 ## Friends of Hillcross AGM Agenda So - Chairs report for 2024/25 - Treasurer’s update - Election of Officers - Chairperson - Secretary - Treasurer - Vice positions # **Friends of Hillcross Primary School Parent Teacher Association Annual Report** **Chair’s Report Year ended 31[st] March 2025 Charity no: 1131507** ## **Mission Statement** Friends of Hillcross (FOH) has two primary functions: - To raise funds to enhance the children’s experiences and learning at school. - To enhance relationships between parents, teachers, and the wider community Both of these functions are met by organising and running fundraising initiatives throughout the year. , **Summary for year end 31[st] March 2025** , We were able to run the following fundraising events: - Laser Show & Silent Disco - Crazy Legs & Magic Shows - Colour Run - Raffles (Easter & Summer) - Winter and Summer Fairs - 3 school discos – one each term - Personalised Christmas Cards/Preloved Jumper Sale & Xmas Market - After School Treat Sales .
