To offer seriously ill and disabled children and their families the chance to make lasting memories and to support their wellbeing, care and convalescence by providing VIP Box4Kids experiences at sporting and entertainment events. To recognise the part played by key NHS personnel in the care of children by rewarding them with gift packages. To generally promote good health and healthy recreation.
Objects: The Company's Objects ('the Objects') Are For The Public Benefit:1. To Promote Good Health And Healthy Recreation Through Sport And Education For The Benefit Of The Public At Large; And2. To Promote And Further The Care, Relief And Convalescence Of Seriously Ill, Terminally Ill, Disabled And Disadvantaged Children.
