It has been observed that there were more successful available properties via other explored options with the help of the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Access team. Vvhilst the high number of referrals meant a signific8nl amount of administration, over the year. the Lotlings, Navigator and Finance Team strov8 to ensure that a robust void procedure was maintained, working hand in hand with the Facilities Management Team and Client Services to carry out the necessary work in the shortest possible timè to keep ihe wailing list lo a minimum, Page 8
