Para 1.20 | Apart from the actors' performances and the audience's appreciation of the artistic interpretations, Junction 4 Productions also delivers the Mens Shed project. This program is designed to give those in the community who may be lonely or disadvantaged a purpose. The programme is open to both men and women and is attended several times per week by the members to support and assist us in preparing for our theatrical performances. The volunteers provide an essential backstage support crew as well as base activities in preparing sets etc. at our studio |

JUNCTION 4 PRODUCTIONS Auditorfs Notes l accept and concur with the Treasurerfs flnandal OVeIeW of the accounts for the year tst September 2024 to 31"August 2025. However, there are several aspects of these accounts which will need to be addressed in future. ALL receipts for payment should be forwarded to the Treasurer, whether in paper form or electronically. Donna has been able to show receipts for all her psjrchases on behalf of Junction 4, bLrt the ones missing include two for ScrewFix/Kingfisher in JanlFeb 2025, Instaprint and spa1Ve. Other committee members may hold the evidence for these. Also, £240 was paid to George Baldwin in March and no receipt was found. ALL payments must have receiptsl As regards monies pald into the account, James has quite a detailed record of Items out for hire and is able to ensure that they are paid for and written off at the end, but there are donations and long term payments into the account which he doesn't have any of the original papeork for.
