resiliencc and comiJittnent. Day-to-day church life has carried on with r¢gular Bibl¢ study, conjmutiity involvcm¢nt,
and & growing partnership with Trt￿er churches in the area. In the Aukn work to create a parish proflle that reflects the
formation of the new BenefiG¢ of Eton, Eton Wick, Domeyy and BDvell¢y begaL A welcome gathering wa8 held to help

It has been a busy y￿, so far due to the inÉen'cgllum process &iid the iion-apposnkncnt ot a new ÉncumbenL Howev¥t',
we have had niunerous events to ensure the congregation are incliided in steerillg Saint Maty6 forward. Over th¢ past
year Sally Ann¢ been organizing the lay 8¢rvi¢es seryic¢ pl&n with myself and Helen &uppottlllg) these have been
well attended with similar attendallce to that of the iegular Sunday worsbip.
The bible groups are still thriving which supports our 8Piritual development.
W¢ have id¢tttified the i'isks to Saittt Mary's ond our fthatt¢es and tak¢ll slcps lo miugate this by inviting the Di0¢08an
Generous Giving Adviser to run a workshop with the PCC where a basic stt'ategy has been developcd to rrtove us
fonvard on and suppoit the congregation in the understanding of generous giving.
Using the Barker Bridgo Funding w¢ have bem able to iti8tall phase l of the new sound rystem and are now plannitsg
pliasc 2 in 2025,
We hav¢ AJnproved and 8trengthen¢d relationship8 wlthin the wider community such as the Stag pub and Datchet Parish
Council and several of th¢ lo¢al shops.
We have itnproved the social and spiritual element not just in Saint Mary's but with the wider community for exiwle
