**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OFWANDSWORTH IN THE VISUAL ARTS BY SUPPORTING, PROMOTING AND ENHANCING PUTNEYSCHOOL OF ART AND DESIGN AS A CENTRE FOR ADULT AND COMMUNITY LEARNING.TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THE GROWTH OF THE SCHOOL IN ITS OFFER OF EDUCATIONAND HIGH QUALITY LEARNING IN THE VISUAL ARTS.

**Activities:** The Friends of PSAD carry out educational activity in the field of the arts including organising lectures and masterclasses. The charity also undertakes exhibitions to enable local amateur artists display their work to the general public. Fund raising activities are undertaken to enable the Art School to improve facilities, purchase equipment and develop its library.
