MEMBERSHIP
Members ofthe PCC are eiiher ex-officio or elected by the Annual Parochial Church Meeting
(APCM) as set oul in the Church Representation Rules. All Church aitendees are encouraged io
regisieron the Electoral Roll and standlor election io the PCC. The PCC alsi) ha5 the power to ￿l-
opi during the Course of a year in order to fill any vacancy whi¢h may arise.

RESERVES POLICY
It is the policy of the PCC at King Charles the Martyr to rnaintain a
balance of unrestricted funds (if possible), which equates to
approximately six months unrestricted payments, to cover emergency
situations that may arise from time to time.
Financial reserves are to ensure that short tern) fluctuations in
income do not affect the PCCS ability to meet its financial obligations.
However, with the continued demands of MMF payments and running
expenses we may need to dip into the reserves more often.
Our funds are invested with the CBF Church of England Investment Fund
Income Shares- restricted for Fabric National Savings - Income Bonds
restricted for the Choir and 8hares in abrdn UK smaller companies
Growth Trust plc (fomally Standard Life) We also receive an income
from the Fred Piper Will Trust.
