**Objects:** TO INSTITUTE FOSTER AND PROMOTE JOINT RESEARCH BETWEEN CLINICIANS AND RESEARCH SCIENTISTS IN YORK AND DISTRICT AND MORE EFFECTIVE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND INFORMATION BETWEEN THEM IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE CURE AND THE ALLEVIATION OF CANCER PARTICULARLY IN RESIDENTS OF THE YORK AREA AND TO DISSEMINATE TO THE PUBLIC THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION
