Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The charsty's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's Iruslees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the charities act 2011 Ilhe 2011 acll and that independent examination is needed. 11 is my responsibility lo..
