The charity undertakes fund raising activities, holds informative events, supports those in need within the Jamaican community in the West Midlands as well as supporting a charity for abandoned and disabled children in Jamaica. The charity also works to strengthen the links between Jamaicans in UK and Jamaicans with the wider community in the West Midlands (See our objects).

Objects: = To Promote The Benefit Of People From Jamaica And Of Jamaican Ancestry In Thewest Midlands And Jamaican Nationals In Jamaica By:(a) The Advancement Of Education And Training;(b) The Relief Of Poverty, Sickness And Distress;(c) The Promotion Of Good Health; And(d) The Provision Of Recreational Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfarewith The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life;= To Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through:(a)the Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In Theinterest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacitiesand Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature Andresponsible Individuals.
