The Charity is managed by the Trustees on a day to day basis with the help of a booking Secretary and a Caretaker. 

The hall is for the use of the community of Lower Bourne. 

The hirers currently are 

Nursery School       Monday to Friday                          66% of income Girl Guides & Exercise Classes     Monday to Thursday evenings    30% of our income 

Parties for young children and Quiz Nights   Saturday and Sunday   4% of our income 

The latest accounts show that we had an income of £29,731.  Our expenses were £26,641. Our bank balance was £6,623.  The maintenance of the building is important so we will usually schedule one large expenditure item each year but this was deferred to the following year. 

The hall and land is valued at £122,000 in the Balance Sheet. The Trustees agreed not to depreciate it in the accounts.
