Structure, Governance and Management
The Parochial Church Council
The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the execulive committee of a Church of England parish.11 consists of clergy
and churchwardens of the parish. togelher with represenlalives of the 18lty. The PCC has its origins in the Vestry
Committee which looked after church business (both religious and secular) up until 1921.
The PCC is legally responsible for the financial affairs of the cl)urch parish amd th8 main18nance of ils assets, .siJch
as churches and church halls. 11 also assists the clergy In the managemenl of church affairs in the parish, and
promoting the mission of the church. 11 operates accordSng to the Church Represenlallon Rules (20201. 11 is a
charitable body and as SLfrch must comply wilh Ihe Charlty Commlssion's regulations.
The H&nfi$ld, Sh8rmanbury and Woodmancole PCC is led by the rector of th6 parish (also referred to as the
incumbenl), and comprises the churchwardens of oui. three parlsh ¢hur¢hes, our elected represenlalives on the
Deanery Synod and up lo nine r8presénlalivés of the laity
Members are eleeled to our PCC al our Anniial Parochial Church Meellng {APCMI normally held in May. Every year
six ¢hurchwardens12 per church) are elected or re-elected {as is often the casel together with a number of PCC lay
represenlalives lo replace those whose three yecir term has fiiiished. Lay represenlalive lo the Deanery Synod are
normally eleclod ev&ry three yoars. We currently have 5 deanery represenlallves as delerminod by the iiumber on
our eleclor81 roll.
During 8 Period of Vacancy
The period between incumbents Is known as a period of vac*c1ncy or an interregnum. We were in vacancy between
April 24th - Novemb8r 25th. During this lirne muLh of the legal responsibility which would normally lie with the
incumbent was passed lo the churchwardens and the rural dean. Our njral dean is Rev'd Rachel Cornish (Priesl in
Charge al Alboume, Sayers Common and Twineham Parish).
The PCC continued lo operate during the vacancy period and was ably led by Pal Burdock in her ro18 as a
churchwdrden of St Peters Henfield, and acting ¢hair. The focus was on day to day buslnes% and Ihe work
necessary lo flnd and select a new Incumbent.
The PCC would likft lo Ihank all those who picked up nèw or additional responsiblllties durlng the vacancy period
whose help enabled the Church lo run smoothly. The PCC Is p8rticularly grateful lo Pal Burdock for the significant
exlrt4 work 8nd responsibility Ihdl she look on, and also lo Nicki Jones our Parish Admiriislralor. The PCC thanks
Rev'd Christina Bennell (PIOI who, ds well as taking more services during the vacancy, also atlpnded Ihe PCC

The Deanery Synod
Our parish belongs lo lh8 rural deanery of Hurst which encompasses over 2Q churches in neighbouring parishes.
Tho deanery synod provides an important link with our neighbours, and with our diocese as 8 whole. 11 provides a
forum for sharing knowledge, best praclices and resources. Members of the deanery synod also play a role in
electing lay and clergy members lo both the diocesan and general synods.
The deanery synod met three times in 2024. Th6 meetings move around tho deanary, so one of the advantages of
altending is being 8ble to visit various churches. On arrival at the church or hall refreshments are offered before the
meeling begins wilh a short lime of worship, oflen Evening Pray8r. There is usually a certain amount of busSness lo
gel through, either befor8 or after the speak8r, who might come from any walk of life.
At the February meeting, held at Sayers Common, there was a very intarestlng talk about Op6n the 8001( {OtB).
This is a storytelling project where Bible slories ar8 shared wlih primary school children in 8 way Ihal is fun,
interactive and memorable. OIB provides Irainlng to equip and enable volunteers from churches lo deliver school
assemblies. The programme is open to anyone.
The May meeting took place here al Sl. Peter's Henfield., the speaker was Colin McFarlin, a Volunteer Senior Waste
Prevention Advi50ry for WSCC. He gave a v8ry comprehensive and humorous view of what can and is being
recycled in the county, using both power point and physical props (i.e. rubbish!).

In November the m&oliiig was al Sl Francis, Church, Hassocks,. there was a presentation on Carbon Lilera(;y by the
Diocesaii Environment Officer, the Re¢d Buff Stone. 'I'his was partly a power point and partly discussion and was
both inte.resting and challengirig.
In future there will be only two Deanery Synod meetings each year. in 2025 these will be in June and November.

There are several cominiltees in placo lo deal wilh specific aspects of parish life, these report to the PCC. The
following committees mel in 2024:
Standing Committee. This is th8 only committee whlch the PCC is legally obligod to establish. The core
memb8rship comprises the Incumbent {Chairman), the churchwardens, treasurer and PCC secretary. Tlii.%

Parish Magazlne. Thls commillee meet8 lo discuss Ihe conlenl, prlce and advértisemen18 contained in the
parish magazine as wpll as Issues surrounding prlnling and dislribulion. The monthly organisation of the
mcigaziné is the responsibility of Helen Boosey, the editor.

St Peter's Church of England Prlmary School Trust. This charity Is custodian of both the land and
buildings of Sl Peter's Cliurc'li of Englaiid Priii)ary School (Fabians Way, Henlield, Wesl Sussex, BN5
9PUI, and Ihfy proceeds from the s81e of11)e foi'mer scl)ool buildings and land on Henfield Ciommon. These
are held in cash and inveslmenls, the income from which was largely used in 2024 to cover the schools
10 /0 contribution lo building projects. The rector and churchwai'dens are ax officio Irusle8S.
The Friends of St Peter's Church, Henfield. This is an independent organisalion. ils purpose is lo raise
funds for the fabric of Sl Peler's Church, Henfield. The incomo ralsed frorn Vdriuus events is held in a
restri(:led fund.

Our Safeguar<ling Officer is Pal Burdock. With the support of the PCC she manages our agreed policy and ensures
th81 s8feguarding is an inlegral parl of all our wor'k and plaiis. She also ensures that our policy and practices remain
iii line with the directives and guidelines of the Diocese ol ChiLhesler and the CliurLlI of England nationally.

Ensured compliance to our Level l of SQP (Simple Qualiy Protècts) safeguarding practices and
mainlaii?6d the 'ovidence' folder5 of documenls.
These practices ensure that our basic day-lo-day activities in tshurch are safe and that we operate as safely
as possible in our inleraclion with both childrcn and adulls. They cover policies pul in place by the PCC,
how this supports good $8feguarding drid liow compliance is monilored. Musl policies have a review dale
of 1 or 2 years and are revie.wed by the PCC.
Ensure all Ihose appointed lo roles with a safeguarding responsibllity have undertaken the relevant
Éralnli?g and that thls Is kept up to date.
All Ihose required lo undertake, or ranew, their training have fiilher completed this or have befin reminded
to do so. All PCC members continue lo be requested lo eomplele the Basic Awareness online training
module. The Importance of carrying out th& required training has been made ¢lear al bolh th6 Slanding

In July the PCC discussed a new directivé issued by the diocesan bishop regardli)q events (pl?t ys, conce.rts
elc) in our churche%. Tli& directive ain)s to ensure Ih?c I r,l)urches do not give a platform lo certain calegorias
of convirled offenders, namely sexual 1r nd violent offenders, as Iliis has potential lo cause offenco and hijrt,
and could pul people ?¢ I risk. Th6 dii'eclive, which enc,niirages reasonable diligence. was accepted by the
PCC., and it Is now allached to tha hire agr8enienl for our churches, so that il is read and signed as part of
this.
Health and Safcly
Health and Safely is al the lorelronl of all our work. The PCC accepts its overall responsibiliiy for ensuring the
safely of those who u.%e our three churches.
We have a written Health and Safety Policy whic.h id?nlilie8 the general and specific arrangenienls Ihal are in place
lo ensure, as far as is reasonably praclicable, that our activities arc carried out safely and do not pose a risk to Ilie
heallli ()r our employeps, volunteers, con91'egalion, visilors and others who may usc the cliurch, church yard or
buildings we are responsible for. These arrangen)enls are in accordance with good practice and relevant slatulory
provisions where they apply.
In addition tn Ihe Health and Safety Policy, we also have a specifiL policy lor the evacuation of a L'hurch in an
emergency. This covers all three of our parish churches.
Both policies are reviewed dnnually. They were reviewed in March 2024.
The chLirchwardens have day lo day responsibility lor iniplerneiiling these policies, overall responsibility lies wilh
Pat Burdock who is our Heallh and Safety Ofticer. However, 811 employees and volurileers have a responsibility to
take reasonable care of themselves and nihers while on church business or preinises. and lo comply wilh all safety
rules and procedures.
Our buildings and grounds are regularly checked to ensure they are safe. All concerns raised during the year are
assessed and addressed accordingly.

Data Protection (GDPR)
As a parish we continue lo refine how we collect, hold, proces5 and use personal data. The PCC has in place a
Data Privacy Nolice which explains, among other things, the purposes for whlch personal dala Is h&ld, how 11 is
used and how long it is kept. The notice also covers what con8lilules a data breach and what needs to be d(Jne if 8
breach occurs. It Is r8viewed every two years by the PCC. The PCC reviewed the notice in November 2023, 11 will
be reviewed agaln In November 2025.
The nc)lice includes a section covering the capture of personal images when filming and live streaming services.
The Sunday Order of Service booklet advises visitors that their image may be caplured- the side aisles are
classified as film free areas in the chijrch.
Many members of our congregations have signed a Data Consent form giving us permission to contact them in the
course of our business. This greatly facililales communicalion and means that the weekly e-newsleller can be sent

Aims and Purpose
The PCC shares with the rector the responsibility for delivering the mission of the church pastoral. evangelislic,
social and ecumenical In the parish. The PCC also shares the responsibility for the maintenance of the cliurch
buildings (which are all Grade 2, lisledl and the. surrouriding churchyards. together willi Henfield Church House.
There is also a small commercial Gorrugaled iron buildiiig in Blackslone owned by Ihe PLC which is rented out. In
particular, we work to enable people to live out their faith as part of our parish comniunSly. We are guided by our
Mission Aclion Pl2n. This oulllnes our specific aims and action for..

Objectives and Activities
The news Ihal we recelved at Ihg beginning of .lanuary 2024, Ihal R&v'd PaLtI had been appolnled as the new rector
of Sl Paul's, Chlchester wilh Sl Peter's Wesl Hanipnetl, largely dètermined our focus for the year.
Our main objective during the perlod January April was lo prepare for the interregnum and undertake Ihg
necessary liandover of tasks and responsibilitles. l?urlng the months of April lo Noveimber the PCC concenlraled on
Ih? work required to find a new rector. In December Ihe focus switched lo welcoming our new rector, and support1ng
him in his new role.
Throughout Ihc year the PCC mel as normal and carrled out Ilie 'buslnes8 as usual, work. In accordance with Ihe
church rules for inlerregi)um the PCC kept Ihlngs <?8 they are, with no significant changes being made or major
projects being undertaken.
Managlng the Interregnum and linding a new Rector
Preparing for the interregnum.
Much preparatory work was done to ensure the effective and smooth running of the parish during
interregnum. Task and procp.ss related inform8lion was explained and passed on logelher with the
handove.r of c.ertain responsibilities. Mosl importantly clergy cover for our Sunday services (for the first 6
nionlhsj was arranged. The PCC familiarised ilsplf with the legalities and church rules for the inlp.rregnum
per'iod, as well as tho piocess that would need to be followed lo lind and select a new incurnbenl. It spent
lime corisidgring and discussing the guidance for writing a su¢cos5ful Parish Profile,
Th8 Parish Profile is a doc(Imenl wrilten by m6mb8rs of the PGC Ihal provides an honesl pirlure of oiir
parish and who we ar6. The main point of il is lo atlract a new pri$st.
Undertaking the process to find a new rector.
The official timescale for the appointment pr'ocess requlred the PLC to produce the parish profile ideally
wilhiii three monlhs, six monll)s al the lat?gt. Work commenced in April, immedialp.ly alter thp licensing of
Rev'd Pèul in his new parish. Tlie final document was agreed at the end of JLJIY following a slalutory review
meeting with the Ar(:hdeacon, at which point iwo PCC members werp. elected lo ￿ndUct the candidate
inlerwews with the Bishop ol Horsham.
Tho PCC consulted as widely as pnssible within the parish wheii conipiling Ihe profile. Church members
were af ked lo submil their vip.ws both on what we Inighl b(9 looking for in our new prie51. and what we in
lurn could offer. We also asked pupils al St Pelels Church School what they would value In a n8w rector,
and sorne of their insightful comments were included. Once agreed a copy of the profile was made
available in the Henfield church for a1110 see.

A significant amount of work drafting and compiling the profile was carriod out by Pat Burdock, with the help
of Katrina Phipps and the expertise of Helen Boosey, who professional produced {design, layout, electronic
Ilnks etcl the document. Our thanks go lo all three.
Appointing a new priest can lake a long lime. W8 were blessed. Following a vpry good interview the
appoinlment of Revd Joe Padfield was confirmed by Bishop Marlin ancl announced on the 29th Seplember.
Undertaking Business as usual

range of services continued lo be held each week across Ilie parish providing a real choice for
parishioners.
The pat16rn of servlcès was largely unaffecled by the vacancy du8 lo good planning and the Clergy support
we receiv8d. Rev'd Christina togelhor with a number of vislling clergy provided cover for the cominiinion
servicp.s, baptisms and weddings, and visiting lay readers lielped cover Ihe other services of malin8,
evensong and Songs of Pr8ise. Most funerals were taken by Rev'd Christina.
Duriiig the 9.45£qm Sunday .%ervice al Henli61d, aclivilies for chlldren between 3 and 11 years r?re held in the
Noi'lh Iransepl where there is a specially designed ar￿.a for our young ones. Oijr chijrch sidesmen continue
lo provide a warm welcome lo everyone. Thi% ha,% been particularly important during the time of vacancy
and Ss sornellilrig that can makc a big difference lo both guests and rcgijlar niembers of the Longreqalion.
The PCC is grateful for the conllnully provided by Revd Dr Jaiineke Blokland, (Chaplain ¢31 Hurslpierpoinl
College) who look both seNices 81 Henfield on two Sundays d iiionlh during the Vacancy. We have been
so blossed by her ministry and friendship. We thank her dnd all of the Clergy cjnd Idy ministers wha servod
us so well.
Mlssion . Growii)g our Ghurch
Whilst no new inilicilives havc been implemenled this year we have worked lo maintsin arid strengthen our
existing activities Ilial support our aim lo grow the ¢hurch ¢ind encourage families.
Flnaijce - Managing finances
As a parish we remciin financially viable however we ere running at (1 deficit each month and we are
increasingly liavlng lo draw on oiir savings lo supplemenl oiir monthly running costs.
The PCC Is looking at ways aiid opportunities lo reduce our expenditure andlor increase our Income. 11
continues lo ensure funds are appropriately allocate.d. All major expeiidilure is discussed by the PCC 2nd
needs approval. This year cash flow has been a concern.
We have conlinupd lo pay our Parisli Share (approx £6,700 a Inonlhl in fLIII, although the money we
receive through regular planned glving does not cover this. In November the PCC volcd not lo increase our
Parish Shal'e for 2025 by the sugoesled 40/..
Ideally we need lo find a consislenl m?.an% of increasing our regular income. Some lielpful suggesllons for
generating income were raised 818 PCC brainstorming session in Seplen)ber. We also looked at how we.
might effectively communicale our financial position lo oiir congregation and Ilie community. 11 was agreed

Buildings - Completing the Qulnquennial, regular inaintenance, and work on the Vicarago
The PCC has reviewed and approved som& r@maining pieces ol work reqiiired following the slalulory
Quinquennial Inspeclion (Ql> of all three churches in 2021. Mast of Ihe required work, except for a small
paLkage al Sheimanbury, is now complete. Some routine maintenance work has also bocn approved and
carried out this year.
In preparation for our new rector sori)e repair and decoralion work was required to the vicarage. Certain
aspects of Ihc building are the responsibilily of Ihe diocese (slruclural iepairs. new boiler elLI and some like
the deGor81ing lall lo the PCC. Having agr8ed 113e list of tasks, Ilie PCC aulharised (in September) d spend
of £10,000 so that the work could Gomrrience wilhoul delay. Normally the PCC Is expecled lo pay for Ihe
decoration of one rooni a year but no such costs had been incurred during the previous incumbency. The

This year the main Easter sorvice was a combined service for
all three churches in the parish as il was also the leaving
service for Rev'd Paul and Jan Doick. The total allending on

Review of the year
Worship. Prayer and Discipleship
Prayer and worship remain al th8 very heart of our church life. St Peterfs Church, Henfield is open every day from
8am to 6pm (or dusk if earlier). It is a place of peace and bancluary, and many visit to reflect, pray, and lighl a
candle.
Services and Sorvice Pattern
The reqular service pallern can be found in full on the church website. Each waek durlng the vacancy there has
bp.en a combination of retired or active clergy and lay roaders helping wllh our services and with their help w8 have
largely managed lo maintain a normal schedule.
In addilion lo our regular services, a number of special servlce.8 were held lo mark the festivals of the Christian
Calend8r, in particular: throughout Holy Week and on Good Friday, on Remembrance Sunday, on All Souls Day and
during advent.
Each day of the Holy Week was marked with a seNic8, including
Compline and Reflection, a seNice of T6nebra8 {wilh readings
and music) and sung Holy Communion of the Lasl Supper dnd
Vigll on Maundy Thursday.
On Good Friday there was a worship servSce for all ages in the
morning, and a 'Walk ofwilness, with memb8rs from the thre&
Henfield churches. The Liturgy of Good Friday service look
place al Sl Peter's Henlield in the aflornoon.

On Easter Sunday, as well as the 8.30 servlce, there was a
Parlsh wlde Service so that all three churches could worshlp
together and celebrate the rlsen Christ, and glve a filling
goodbye lo Rev'd Paul and Jan.
The Remembrance Sunday seiwlce al Sl Peter's Henfiald was
ably lod by Rev'd Dr Janneke Blokland and was followe.d by the
pardde and shot servl¢e al th8 Cagefool Lane memorial. This

ThèAII Souls Day service that was taken by Rev'd Christina was
also special. As in previous years il included th8 reading of the
names of loved ones who h8ve departed.

Children s Church
Each Sunday activities ar8 laid out for children in the childrcn's area. We have onp, regular family with three children
that allends, and other fcimilies that come more occasionally. It works well that the childrp.n remain in the church
during the service, the parents like tliis as do the congregation. 11 provides us all with an opportunity lo get to know
and involve these young families.
Although Sunday numbers are low, we continue lo reach a signilicaTII number of children and young lamilies
through our work al St Peter's primary school, our 'Llllle Fishes, group for preschool chlldren and wlth special
services Ilke that held for the cubs and scouts al Christmas.
The PCC rp.mains very grateful lo Karen Williamson for h8r work and commitment running Childron's Church. Since
Jan's daparture in April she has run this on her own.
Muslc
On the second Sunday of each month the main sei'vice at Henfield is choir led and 'Music for the Eucharist.. Mess of
.81 Thomas, is used. The congregation is slowly becomino familiar willi this.
The clioir sings al Clioral Evensong Jnd, four times a yoar, the seNl¢e of Malins (Morning Prayer) al Woodmancole
is sung. Tlie choir siiigs al the carol seNie.6s in all Ihrp.e of our parish GhLirches and on other special occasions.
Much work goes into learning tho music for all Ihe servlcés and we thank both Sldonle Winter (Choir Director) and

There w28 no Lent course Ihis year instead we were encouraged to use the Church of England's daily reflection
booklet 'Walch and Pray.. which invited us In seek out God in both familiar and urifamiliar places during Lent. A
simple soup lunch was available each Wednesday throughout Lent enablinq us to gather arid edl logellip.r.
The weekly e-newsleller, as well as being d valuable means of communicating and sharing information, contains a
nijmber of resources lo help us nurture our faith.
Provisfton of pastoral care for people in the parish
Providing pastoral support is key In a caring church. We are commilled lo the provision of s8n511ive and
compagsionale care to ensure the well bp.ing of all people within the parish.

Home Cominunion. Care Hoines and Self-Help Group
14oly Communion services continue to be held on the third Thu¥sday of each month at both Red Oaks and Upper
Mead Care Homes. Some residents profor lo recoive commLtnion in their rooms and those taking communion lo
them are delighted lo do so.111s helpful when a family tells us their relative has moved lo a care home so that good
pastoral care can be provided. Through this work good relationships are being built with both staff and residents.
Terry's Cross House is 8 care home in Woodmdricole originally for clergy, missionaries and their dependents. Whilst
Ihes8 applicants remain a prlorily, the home now also cares for any member of the Church of England and will offer
place lo anyone who needs il if a vacancy 8rises. The trustees include Rev'd Christina (who Is also chairman) and
the clergy lake a fortnighlly seivice in thp. r.hapel Ihe.rp.
Parishloners are encouraged lo ask foT Holy Cornmunion at home If they can no longer get lo church.
Pastoral visiting and care
There are ni¢iny reasons why p?.ople need care, particularly .8iekness and loss, n¢1 only of Soved ones, bul also
nlher losses, such as l¢)b%, Income, hoiJ8ing and evon purpose. The clergy and Pam61a Cliaston, our Authorised

Iheir work as volunteers within the community.
Bereavement Support Group
The care of (lie bereaved is another aspect of our pastoral rninlslry. The Bereav?.mLxnl SLipporl Group Is held
monthly al the Haven, He.nfield. The groiip is free and is open lo 8dLills within the coimmunity and surrounding area.
The group is facililaled by a team of three church members. Thc aini is to provide a warim safe space where po.opla

The school is a key parl of our mission and a focus for our work in the community. Members of the PCC have a
responsibility to support the school and ensure it maintains ils Christian values. 11 is re¥ponsible for the non)inalion
and approval of a number of the l-oundalion Governors who represent lh8 church and who work lo ensure the
scliool develops with this Christian ethos in mind. Father Joe, in his position d.% Rector, is a Foundalion Governor.

The Henfield Food bank - Our Ihree churches support the Henfield Food bank which is run in partnership with
Florsham Matters. We have a donation bin in the church porch al Sl Petevs, Henfield.
The Henfield Haven - This is a community centre providing activities and specialist seNices as well as a Community
cafe. A number of our church congiegalion support and regularly volunteer their services. Two church members
help with the monthly Community Luncli which is open to everyone. The Bereavement Support Group meets at The
Haven and In doing so, is able to introduce The Haven lo those who may not know of il and the sarvices offered.
Henfleld Youth Club - Rev'd Christina, our retired priest, is a Iruslee of the club.
Groups and events
We have Ihree groups that meet weekly In St Peler's Church, Henfield.. the choir, the hand bell rfngers and the bell
ringers. These groups are not just for church goers, Ih6y are open to everybody and we are keen to wel¢ome others
The choir rehearses on Frlday eve.ning8 from 6 7.30pm and Is currently recrulling. It leads th8 maln Sund8y
servlce once a month, and also leads at choral evensong and choral mallns (3 or 4 Ilmes a year).. as well as

There Is a new grand piano at Sl Peler's Henlield which is used for rehearsals, church organs lal all three

Henfield church was open for the Gardens and Arts festival In June.
Thls was a busy weekend with 'crowds' of people visillng the church to
enjoy the cafe, rnuslc events, and pholographlc display. The

stall followed the theme of 'Chrislmas', and the Friends of Sl Peler's, Henfield stall that of 'Chocolale'. Members of
Sl Peter's Church, Henfield also did the catering providing bacon butlies and other refreshments. We are looking for
somoone lo organise the rofreshments in future years

singers lo sing al the Village Chrislmas Evening lo raise nioney for the Childron's Society. Throughout the year
there was a number of events run by The Friends of Sl Pelels lo raise funds for the Henfield church building.
including their regLtlar boaid game afternoons for games, laughter and companionship alon9 with a cup of lea and
cake. In May they l)osted 'Sainls and Sinners, an evening of music and faith will) John Holmstrom and Dominic
Tring.
A numbei. of 'Churches Together, lunches have be.en held this year. These have proved very popular and beneficial
in bringing us together as ChrSslians. Following the Walk of Witness on Good Friday the Free Church hosled coffee
and hol cross buns whic.h is always much appreciated.

Fin8ncially speaking. 20?4 was a niixed y&ar with our lolal expenditure exceeding lolal income, including gains on
iiiveslmenls, by £93,631. The gradLial reduction in the level of our General Fltiid, which began in prcwoiis years,
onlinued. Furlli8rmore, il was nece8sary to transfer i] large chunk of the money held on the Valerie Binslead
Reslricled Fund lo Sl Peter's Primary School for the benefil of children who allend that establishment. This l)as
Ineanl that, despite careful monitoring of cashflow, il was necessary lo withdraw nioney Iwice during the year from
our niaiii CCLA Deposit Accounl. We faced a dilenima with the figur& on our Gener¥1 fund al end December being
over £400 000 bul cash halances standing at leos than £88,000. We are anxious Io dvoid Ihe need to sell
inveslineiils (in whole or in partl because this would lead lo reduced income. Plans of ways lo Increase unreslricle

way, church ulilily bills for 2024 were more than twice the equivalent figure iii 2023, roflocling mainly the general
rise in such costs.
