Following on from last year it was hoped that attendance would continue to be maintained and that financiaLlythe church would continue on a sound footing. It is pleasing that to a Large extent that is the case Our rooms have been well occupied throughout the year and income from room hire has increased. New organisations are usingthem and some organisations have returned following the Covid years. Some parties are also being accommodated. The church continues to offer a range of activities such as badminton, indoor bowls, Ladies Circle, Chat Reflect and pray (an online Christian fellowship group), 3FLC (Third Friday Lunch Clubl, and twice monthly Tea Parties, home groups and a couple of social groups that meet in different local pubs. The church continues to support the local community with baptisms, funerals and weddings. The vestibule is decorated appropriately at times such as Easter, Christmas and Remembrance Day and a Remembrance Service is held for those that have Lost relatives and friends during the year. A very successful Christmas Tree Festival was held in support of Shine Youth our Church Charity ofthe Year. Ourthanks go to the members. spouses and friends who have helped organise these and aLI the other activities that go on within the church. We pray that this overall situation at the church continues and thank God for his guidance in alLthat we do.
