of the turnover brackgt, Ih8y are willing lo fund reducing the likelihood of success when 8pplylng for
grants.
This growth has al80 changed our reporting and oudillng requlremenls lo folk)w an accrual.based
accounting model and follow SORP guidance. Thi$ has meant Ihot a £500.000 Lottery granl that will
be over 4 years has overslaled our end of ye8r accounts. We ask lundefs who wlsh lo enquire about
this lo get in contact for lurther c18rily.
We currently have 80 volunteers working out lo 5.5 FTE135 hrs pef weekl which works oul 10 40% of
our lotsl work as gn org8nS$alion. IAlilhout our volunlegrs many of our serviees wouldn't be able lo run.
