In today's world there 15 much strife insidè and outside the home. We learnt how to be a part of the family
rather than detached and how to find peace.
In Novernber 2020. we left Waldham Lodge Sports Ground premises and relocated to the Epping Forest Hotel in
Woodford Green on the 6 December. WÈ hired room5 for church and Sunday school meetings. We worked
closely with the hotel staff to ensurè we met all of the government's Covid-19 safety requirement5.
A van has been hired to help transport people from Walthamstow Central station to the hotel. The hotel was
a blessing to the church as we hoped we were a blessing to them. and the community around it.
The month of Oecember still saw government restrittion5 in plate though some were lifted for the Christmas
period. The church continued to meet every Sunday in December except lor the 2T . On the 20, December.
the children took part in a Christmas video Siory with the help of their parents. Each child wa5 given a verse to
read, that covered the nativity. while the parent5 recorded the child a5 they read it. Each clip was then edited
to create a short film for the church so that both in-house and online members could be blessed with it. The
church left the building with hot drinks to take with them a5 the day was very cold.
Gomer Faith MinTStries continuès to grow a steady flow of young new Believers.
The Toddler group, with a regular cohort of five childrÈn,' Sunday sthool and Youth Ministry continue to grow in
number and spiritual development. Services were a mixture of, virtual and face to face contact in line with
government guidelines.
