**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG CARERS IN PARTICULAR BUTNOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT INNEATH PORT TALBOT.

**Activities:** The Neath Port Talbot Carers Service provides support for all unpaid carers,  providing information, signposting, benefit advice and support, emotional support and provide services in the community. Outreach is provided in the community as well as home visits. The service works in partnership with Social Services to carry out complete carers assessments.
