Independent Examiner's unqualified report to the members of the P.C.C. of
tbp Pgrixh nf V)•in*t#hlp.
Charities no. l 131250
IDd¢pendeDt Exatlliner's Report on the FI￿￿￿¢]￿] Ststements for the year ending 31..
De¢eTnber 2023 as signed on behalf of the P.C.C. on pages two #nd nineteen of this Report.
Respective r4sponsibilities of the P.C.C. and the examiner.
The P.C.C. members a¢ting as the charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts. The charity's tn7Stees consider that an audit is not required for the year under section
144 of the Charities Act 2011{the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to=
exAminp ihp affmiTnts qprtinn 145 nf the f.h2ritip.* Ar.t
to follow the procedures laid down in the geneTal Directions given by the Charity
CommissRon (under section 14)(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the Independent Examiner's statement.
My cxamination was carried out in accordance with th¢ general Directions given by the Charity
Commi58ion and the guidance published in PCC A￿ountablI1ty (The Charities Act 2011 and the
P.C.C. 5 edition)- An examination includes a rcview of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the ac¢ounts presented with these records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accouuts, and seeking explanations from the trustees
concerning such matters. Thc procedures undertaken do not provid¢ all the evid¢iice that would
be required for an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present
a 'tNe and fair, view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiner's statement.
In connection with my examinatiotL no material matter has come lo my attention which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with se¢tion 130 of the Charities ACL or
the accounts do not accord to the accounting re¢ords.
