MCF- Life Church Report 2023/2024

MCF Life Church has had a good year having services both in Castle Bromwich and Coleshill. This year has also seen new people coming along to the services.

We continue to do a prison ministry where we have seen a number of inmates become Christians and are encouraging them to read the scriptures on a regular basis. Our worship leader is also continuing to teach a number of them to learn to play the guitar.

We do a bible study on a Monday morning at Victory Hall Castle Bromwich, and on Tuesday evening via zoom. We also have regular prayer meeting every Wednesday evening. We continue to do assemblies in schools in both Coleshill and Meriden which are very popular both with the children and the teaching staff.

One of the big events is at Christmas where we do ‘Journey to the Stable’ which is the Christmas story told on a local farm with shepherds, Kings, and a grumpy innkeeper. With about 200 children attending over the two days from many of the schools in the surrounding areas.

This year we will have another member of the congregation being enrolled as a police chaplain bringing the two within the fellowship.

We have a number of projects in the pipeline for new work both in Castle Bromwich and Coleshill forecast to start in early 2025 and are looking to revamp our website.
