financial of the charity complywith the current statutory requirements of the charity governing documents

RELATED PARTY RELATIONSHIPS
The charity is a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God IRCCGI which has parishes all overtheworld.
The charity's relationship with other RCCG parishes is governed by an Agreement for Common Purpose5'.
PRINCIPAL FUNDING
Funding ha5 been provided mainlythrough tithes and offeiings by church members as well as gift aid.
OBJECTS AND ACTIVITIES
The principal object of the trust is the advancement of Christian faith worldwide and propagating the Gospel of
our Lord and Sawour Jesus Christ.
To fulfil its mission and positively impact the community. RCCG Living Praise Sunderland engaged wilh residents of Sunderland
and surrounding areas, including Hartlepool, Hetton le Hole, Houghton le Spring, Seaham, and Washington, through the Six161
house fellowship centres that have been established across the cityto foster intimate connections within smaller groups.
These gatherings provide opportunities for indNiduals to share faith. find encouragement, and draw strength from the Word of God.
The three131 additional RCCG churches thatwas planted lastyear in Washington. Ashington, and Seaham experienced a gradual
growth in membership and were able to bring hope. love. and lailh to these communities, offering spiritual support and a sense
of belonging.

RCCG Living Praise Sundertand organised 3 variety of religious activities aimed at fostering spiritual growth. including Sunday
worship seNices, midweek Bible teachings. prayer meetings, and faith-based seminars led by experienced ministers and
speakers.
The charity relied on the support of One hundre(J11001 volunteers who se￿e{l in various capacities within different church
groups, including Men's Fellowship. Women's Fellowship, Youth and YoungAdult Fellowship. Music Ministry, Hospitality
Ministry, Multimedia Ministry, Children Ministry. Ushering Unit. and Chiistian Education Ministry to achieve the below mentioned.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND IMPACT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC
The charity engaged in community and corporate social responsibilrty initiative5. Some of the annual event5 and actNities
organised bythe charity in the cornmunity include the Men's Fellowship Conference, the Goo(J Women of Influence Conference,
and the Golden Age Fellowship, a tnonthly gatheringtor senior citizens.
The church's children ministry organised a program titled'when Children Pray," which took place from Thursday, August 10th
to Saturday, August 12th, 2023. This event encouraged children and teenagers from across the city to come together to deepen
their understanding of their identity in Christ an(i to learn howto live a life of worship to God. To facilitate participation.
transportation was provided to ensure that a5 manychildren a5 possible could attend, particularly a5 manywere on holiday
during this time.
In addition to our spiritual initiatives, we held a Talent & Career Choice5 Workshop ITCWI forteenagers of Secondary school
and college students. This event provided over 35 attendeeswith valuable information to aid in their career selection and
subject choices before pursuing universty. The positive feedback and testimonials from participants underscore the workshop's
significant impact. By integrating spiritual guidance with practical support, RCCG Liwng Praise Sunderland aims to make a
meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of individuals and the broader community.
The charity ceased its monthly contribution of £100 as a member of the management board for Christian Against Poverty
ICAPI Debt Centre in Sunderland due to the centre's unsustainability. It was collectively decided bythe five151 management
churches to close the centre.
To further demonstrate the charity's commitment to creating a cleaner and more beautiful environment for everyone, the
charity conlinued its Pave the Way Project. held monthly, aimed at cleaning up local environmenls and tackling litter in the
streets. Through the dedicated efforts of volunteers, an impiesswe average 01412 bags of litter were collected during each
project session. The significant impact of this initiative has garnered admiration and supportfrom the local community.
The charity hosted its highly anticipated annual communityfamily picnic at Seaburn Beach on Saturday 22 July, which drew
more than 1000 attendees. including children. from the surrounding areas. The event created a vibrant and engaging atmosphere
thal foslered a strong sense of community and togetherness. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly posilive. with
many expressing their appreciation lor the well-organised and enjoyable activities.

RCCG Living Praise is deeply committed to promoting family values by hosting events for married couples throughout the year.
One such event is the Annual Couples Weekend (How do you want your love served?). took ptace from Friday 20th to Sunday
22nd October 2023. This gathering offered married couples a chance to strengthen their marital relationships, especially during
a time when domestic violence and divorce rate5 have risen. The goal of the event IS to help couples cultivate Chri5t-centred
marriages that endure, serve as a beacon of hope to the world. and create a legacyfor future geneiations.
During the festive season, the charity also organised a Christmas Carol event where volunteers actively spread festive cheer
by singing and distributing Christmas cards and hampers to two elderly homes in the Millfield and Pallion communities.
This thoughttul gesture brought comfort and joyto the residents, allowingthem to feel the warmth and love of the season.
RCCG Living Praise Sundertand held a 5pecialWorker5' Retreattitled'our Next Move.. This exclusive event was designed
specifically for all church workers, aiming to rejuvenate their spirits. protnote personal growth, and ernpowerthem to advance
in their departmental or ministryjourney. The retreatfocused on exploring innovative approaches, deepening faith. and
enhancing leadership skills. It took place on Saturday, January 27th. 2024, and was attended byover 150 volunteerworkers.
The charity places a strong empha51S Oll the well-being of both its members and the local community. As part of this
commitment, a mini-series of Mental Health Education Wellbeing Seminars titled "Your Mental Health and You" was organised
by the Coun5elling and Healthcare Teams. These serninars aimed to tackle important 155ues such a5 abuse, anxiety, and
depression. The lirst session was held on Friday, january26. 2024.
The charity remains dedicated to supportingfellow organisation5 across the United Kingdom, includingthe Sunderland Connect
network, which assists local church leaders in Sunderland through guided explorations aimed atfostering deeper community
engagement and providing prayer support forthe ctty and its leaders. Each year, the charity contributes £360 to thi5 important
initiative.
Additionally, the charity contribLrtes £120 each yearto the Festival of Life prayer everrt, which takes place bi-annually in
London and various other regions across the United Kingdom.
PROJECTIONS FOR 202412025 YEAR
l. Religiou5 activitie5.' Religious Activities= The trust will continue to organise regular worship 5ervice5. prayer meetings. and Bible study 5e5SlOnS
for the congregation. Additionally, we plan to host special religious events, including conferences, and spiritual retreats.
2. Outreach programmes.. We intend io estsblish a branch of the church dedicated to our outreach initiatives, which will actively engage with
the community to promote messages of love. hope. and faith to those who are vulnerable and in need. Thi5 could involve visiting
individuals in prisons. supporting thosewho have been formerly imprisoned. as well as attending to patients in hospitals,
homeless shelters, and other social institutions to help, encouragement. and support
3. Empowerrnent and motivational 5eminar5'. We plan to organise Seminars and workshops ￿ntred on personal development. financial literacv.
entrepreneurship, and career guidance. These events will be designed to empower individuals in our communityto realise their
full potential and attain success in various areas of life.

4. Corporate social responsibility.. We will incrÈase our efforts in giving back to the tommunitythrough torporate social responsibility initiativos.
Specifically, we plan to concentrate on initiatives that benefit the elderly and the youth. This may include providingfinancial
support, organizing health and wellness programs, and facilitating skill acquisition programs for these demographic groups.
Expansion and Erowth.. We prayerfully hope that God will continueio b1￿ the trust with growth and prosperity. We intend to explore opporrunities
for expansion, such as acquiring the buildingthatthe charity currently occupies and upgra(Jing the tacilities to make them
morewelcoming and supportivefor ourmembersand thewidercommunty in need.
In summary, our aim is to maintain a positive impact on the lives of oui congregation and communty members, drawing them
closer to God and empoweringthem to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES
The charitytru5tees are responsible for preparingtheTru5tees' Annual Report and financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and the United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally
Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales require5 the trustees to prepare linancial statements for
each financialyear which gives a true and fair view ofthe state of affairs of the charity and of the incorning
resources and application of resources of the charity forthat period. In preparingthe financial statements, the
