It has been a steep leariiing curve but I was struck by the start by ih¢ vibrancy of the PCC Community and I love being able to walk up ihe aisle of the beautiful Abbey when all ihe figures get too niuch. The audit has gone well with a clean audit report and I would like to thank the staff of L&nhan) and Francis for their patience and historical knowledge of Ihe charity. There are definitely improvements that I would like to niake for the 2025 financial slaleiiients in coiljunction witli tlie audilors in order to increase tl)e clarity of tlie rigLlI'es. The auditors are fully in ay'eemenl wilh this approach. FliinnciAI revie Tl)e PCC lias elided tlie year with net a55els of £7.7 million an increase of £58k on 2023. Tlie PCC is fortiinate at 31 December 2024 to have substantial assels mainly comprising £1.5m buildings, £5.7m of ii)vestiii¢iils with CCLA and M&G, aiid cash of £652k.
