We We[have] have always[always] supported[supported] young young people[peoplc][by] by allowing[allowing] them[(hem] to[to] attend[attend] work[work] experience[experience][in] in our our settings settings or or[by] by encouraging encouraging lhcm them 10 to volunteer. volunteer. College College placements placements are are another anolhcr vital vital way way we we are are able able to to offer offer experience experience for for the the next next generation generation of of childcare childcare[practitioners.] practitioners. We wc supported[supported] several[several] young young people[peoplc][to] to[look] look at[at] apprenticeship[apprenticeship] options[options] and[and] supported[supported] them[them] on on their their journey journey to to finding finding a a career. career. Carcer Carcer[[hirs] fairs and and filmily family days[days] have have incrcased increased this this year year and and it[it] was was lovely lovely to[to] meet meet dozens dozens of of young young people people interested interested[in] in careers careers[with] with children children at at our our local local high high school, school. We We continue[continue] to[to] encourage encourage further further groups groups of of young young[people] people[to] to[explore] explore careers careers[options] options[with] with our our[organisation] organisation[and] and beyond,[beyond.] We We have[have] continued[continued] to to focus focus on on developing developing our our team leam many many of of whom whom are are starting starting their their journey journey in in work. work.
