TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF,THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE F I T ,INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS;2. TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTEDISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.

**Activities:** The band is open to anyone. There is no audition requirement. We aim to develop its members musical abilities, we encourage members to experiment with playing other instruments. A Tuba, Alto and Eb clarinets have been loaned to members to increase their expertise.We work with local charitable organisations to play at their fund raising concerts.  We hold annual rehearsal days.
