It will be noted from the audited accounts that income forthe charity has increased slightly over the lastyear as has expenditure. The annual surplus remains broadlythe same. The propety continues in community use, on Sundays It is used as a Church and during the week some church activities are carried out on the premises. The Charitygains rent from the community use ofthe premises and the pr8mises are in use 7 days a week. There have been no reportabLe incidents. no safeguarding issues raised over the year. All necessary CRB checks have been carried out.
