Leyland Road Methodist Church, Southport Trustees Annual Report to Charity Commission for the year 1st September 2021 to 31st August 2022 Aims & Purposes: The church is welcoming and friendly, reaching out to the wider community, encouraging people onto the church premises. We have an outreach worker who continues to be successful in maintaining the activities on the premises and encourages more people to join in. Activltles include: Alpha course, Tuesday Fellowship. Toddler Club. Bible Studies, Worship Group fellowship, Messy Church, Harbour Group and a Christmas Fair. We have joint services with the Circuit. Our minister is one of only 3 ministers in the Southport Circuit {10 churches) and we rely on Local Preachers and retired ministers to manage the Sunday services.
