- i. Has no access or insufficient access to the internet at home
- ii. AND/OR has no or insufficient access to the internet when away from the home
- iii. AND/OR cannot afford their existing monthly contract or top up
2. Digital Inclusion Capability Grant, Round 3 - 2023 to 2024
- -to help the organisations within the network to become more sustainable and increase their capacity to deliver digital inclusion.
3. The Digital Inclusion Capability Grant – Fix The Digital Divide Fund 2023 - 2024
- -for members to add new or boost their current digital services.
