To advance the Christian falth Sn accordance with the statement of beliefs appearing in the schedule hereto In North Harrow,
Middlesex and in such other parts of the Unlted Klngdom or the wortd as the trustees may from tlme to time thlnk fit and to
fulfll such other purposes which are exclusively charitable accortling to the law of England and Wales and are connected
with the charitable work of the trust.
To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provislon of funds, goods or
services of any kind, includlng through the provision of counselling and support in such parts of the United Kingdom or the
world as the trustees from time to time thlnk fit and to fulfil such other purposes which are excluslvely charltable according
to the law of England and Wales and are connecteo with the chèrltable work of the trust.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of World Christian Fellowship (UK) Ithe Trust) for the year entled
31 March 2025.
Responslbllltles and Basls of Report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").
I report In respect of my examination of the Trust s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and Sn carrying
out my examinatlon, I have followed the appllcable Directions given by the Charity Commission under sectlon 145(51(b) of
the Att.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I conflm) that no material matter5 have come to my attention in connection wlth the
exarnlnation glving me cause to believe that in any materlal respeci-
l. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as requlred by 5ectlon 130 of the Act. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply with the appllcable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts set out In
the Charltles (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts glve a 'true and
falr vlew, whlch Is not a matter considered as part of an Independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters Sn connection wlth the examlnatlon to whlch attentlon should be
drawn In thls report in order to enable a proper understandbng of the accounts to be reached.

2.1. Basls of Preparatlon of Flnancial Statements
The financial Statements have been prepèred in accordènce wlth the Charltbes SORP (FRS 102) Accounting and
Reportbng by Charltie5,' Statement of Recommended Practice appllcable to charities preparlng thelr accounts in
accordance with the Flnanclal Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Fiepublic of Ireland IFRS 102) (effective I
January 2019)" Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financlal Reportlng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland" and the Charities Act 2011.
The charlty Is a Publlc Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
2.2. Incomlng Resources
All income is recognlzed In the Statement of Flnancbal Actlvltles. Once the eharlty has entitlement to the funds, It Is
probable that the Income will be received, and the amount can be measured rellably,

Llabllitie5 are recognlzed as expenditure as 500n as there is a legal or constructlve obllgation comrnitting the charSty to
that expendlture, It is probable that a transfer ol economic benefits will be required In settlement and the amount of
the obllgatlon can be measured rellably. Expendlture is accounted for on an accruals basls and has been classified
under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attrlbuted to headings,
they have been allocated to activities on a ba51s conslstent wlth the use of resources.
2.4. Tanglble Flxed A••et• and Depreclatlon
Tangible flxed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciatioll and any accumulated Impalrment losses.
Depreciation is provlded at rates calculated to wrlte off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value,
over their expected useful Ilves on the following bases..
