Para 1.20 | Grants were made to individuals and families referred by the Police, and Homicide Support agencies and charities in England and Scotland helping to alleviate, in many different ways, the financial and emotional stress experienced in the aftermath of murder. This year the charity has granted help to 121 families nationwide, many more than in any previous year. This can be accounted for partly because of surge in requests when Covid restrictions were lifted, but also because of raised profile of The Moira Fund and the help we provide. |
