Objects: I To Advance Religion In Particular, But Not Exclusively, By The Maintenance, Restoration, Preservation, Improvement, Beautification And Reconstruction Of St Mary's Church, Loughborough, Leics, Its Monuments, Fixtures, Fittings, Furniture, Stained Glass, Ornaments And Other Chattels And Its Churchyardii To Advance The Education Of Children At St Mary's Catholic School, Loughboroughiii To Advance The Education And Training Of The Filipino Community And Their Dependants In Need Thereof So As To Advance Them In Life And Assist Them To Adapt Within A New Communityiv The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstancesv To Undertake Any Purpose That Is Charitable According To The Laws Of England And Wales For The Benefit Of Public
