**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A PLACE OF SAFETY FOR ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR DOGS, IN EMERGENCY OR PUT TO SLEEP SITUATIONS IRRESPECTIVE OF BREED OR AGE,  TO RELIEVE  SUFFERING AMONGST DOGS IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, NEGLECT,  POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR OTHER SIMILAR CASES AND TO AID THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NEEDS AND PROPER CARE OF ANIMALS AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING.

**Activities:** Provide a place of safety for animals, in particular dogs, in emergency or put to sleep situations regardless of breed or age. To relieve suffering amongst dogs in need of care and protection, regardless of breed, age or health, and to aid the advancement of education of the public in the proper care of animals and the prevention of cruelty and suffering.
