The Trust was formally r8gistered with the Ch8rity Commi88ioner8 on the7 May 2009.
The Trustees meet at least half yearly to review all matters relatlng to the Trust 8nd
consider requests made to the Trust for fln8ncial assistance.
The Trust has no permanent endowment but relies upon donations and fund-raising
activities to enable the trust to fulfil its oblectlves and maintain an edequate reserve of
Capital. It has no long-term debts and is in a totally sound financial position.
The Trustees hereby approve the Financial Statements and con8lder the results for the
twelve month perlod to be satisfactory.
