Objects: For The Benefit Of The Public Generally In The Area Of The Mid-District Rugby Union In Walesi The Organisation Or Provision Of Facilities To Include Grants Of Money, Clothing, Equipment Or Otherwise For The Playing Of Rugby Union Football In Particular Or Other Sports Or Games To Promote Healthy Recreations, Social And Economic Welfare With The Object Of Improving Health And Conditions Of Life For Persons Who Are Under The Age Of 21 Years And Who By Reason Of Their Youth Or Social Or Economic Circumstances Have Need Of Such Facilities;ii The Organisation Or Provision Of Facilities To Include Grants Of Money, Clothing, Equipment Or Otherwise Which Will Encourage And Enable Pupils And Students Under The Age Of 21 Years At Schools, Academies And Places Of Higher Education To Play Rugby Union Football In Particular Or Other Sports Or Games So As To Promote Healthy Recreation, Physical Education And Development Of Such Pupils And Students
