There are four churches in the parish and regular Sunday services have been held in each one throughout the year.
The Parochial Church Council is a corporate body established by the Church of England. The PCC operates under the Parochial Church Council (Powers) Measures Act of 1956 and is a charity excepted from registraOon with the Charity Commission. The appointment of PCC members is governed by and set in the Church RepresentaOon Rules. The Parochial Church Council (PCC) has the responsibility of co-operaOng with the incumbent in promoOng in the ecclesiasOcal parish, the whole mission of the Church: - pastoral, evangelical, social, and ecumenical.

The accounts have been prepared on a Receipts & Payments basis and all voluntary income that was due by 31[st] December 2022 has been included as have fees and other income. This money is held at HSBC UK Ltd, 41 Sandgate Road, Folkestone, CT20 1SA, in a single Revenue Account.
At the beginning of the year there were 9 deposit accounts (Capital accounts), plus an addiOonal account in temporary care (J NOAKES CHARITY), held in the parish name by the Church of England Central Board of Finance (CCLA)
The priest in charge and wardens of the parish are trustees of the chariOes as listed below but the PCC is not connected in any way with the administraOon of these chariOes.

The St Leonard's Parish Room & Sunday School Charity was established in July 1926 and the Mary Olivia Saffery Turner Charity in September 1984 are now administered as St Leonard's Social Centre Charity.
There are also 2 friends’ groups, Friends of St Leonard's and Friends of Gt. Mongeham St MarOn's Church which again are not directly answerable to or connected to the PCC.
